My favorite low calorie breakfast is eggwhite omlet with mushroom and sometime fresh baby spinach. Also have dry wheat toast with it. If I get hungry later in the morning I munch on some almonds.

I'm in the Biggest Loser contest at work...lost over 10 lbs and have now hit a plateau. Next ten isn't so easy...

Eat eggwhite omlets with mushroom and spinach and one piece of dry wheat toast for breakfast. Large salad with dressing for lunch, almonds inbetween, and chicken with two side of fresh vegetables for dinner and you WILL Lose weight.
