As I am reading this I was eating some reeses pb cups that I didn't need. BUT I also had a cup of ice cold water. I actually feel more satiated with the water. Result: Next time I get hungry I'm going to drink some water because it may mean I'm actually dehydrated and not hungry.

I HATE vanity sizing. I wish that it all had to be related to a standardized measurement at certain points of the garment. for me I feel a sense of calm after eating. Usually my binges and emotional eating occur during times of extreme stress. I'm in survival mode. I'm not sure why yet but I do know that, THAT is what I'm doing.

update... my recipe actually calls for 1 TBS of brown sugar and I actually only used 2/3 of the rub. Point, we are now talking less than half a carb. Like someone else said I'm not splitting hairs over it.

anyone else notice how actually healthy these meals are in comparison to what the USDA guidlines are. I see tons of lean protein and vegetables. When your only carb source are fibrous vegetables you tend to eat more of them. LC and LCHF diet in essence kind of takes away the guilt of eating fat.
