I am new too and work part time in England....commuting from San Diego, CA to Crawley, Manchester, London......It is difficult to stay healthy and travel and I have yet to give up smoking.....I hope to do that soon. Keep up the positive attitude!

I hate the thought of not having wine most nights of the week. Does anyone know if a lower alcohol content wine has fewer calories?

I have thin legs and large waist...I weigh 189 and can do a 12 in stretch jeans but my waist is still at 14....ugh. Really hate stupid belly fat.
