  • I would love to start T25. I'm just thinking that it'll be too loud and I don't really want to have to modify the whole program. Bummer
  • That bums me out about piyo. I just had a baby and have 70lbs to lose. But it seems like a good option to help strengthen me up after months and months of not doing anything haha. Unfortunately I really don't think I will be talking to them because they will take any chance they can get for any kind of noise to complain…
  • I'm a week away from finishing Insanity for the second time. This round alone I've lost 22lbs and went from a size 12 pants to an 8. It works if you work! Good luck!
  • Amazing! Congratulations on your weight loss, but more importantly for being a great example for your children!
  • I would be very appreciative if someone corrected my form and they genuinely wanted to help and not just rub up on me.
  • Feel free to add me! I'm currently starting week 2 of month 2. This is my second round.
  • I'm gonna look around for a really really thin one, but the ugly ones are always so thick! lol. Thank you! He is my running buddy =] Good luck!
  • I have a Jingle Bell Jog this weekend as well. I really really want to wear an "ugly sweater". But it's going to be 35 out and I will roast.
  • I just started week 3 of my second round! So far I've been having pretty good results this time around =]
  • I chose Ethan for my son. It's a "normal" name. Easy to spell. And it's just adorable! I also like Harrison, Matthew, and Benjamin. But Ethan won the name contest for us
  • I never eat breakfast. My first meal is anywhere from 1-3pm depending on the day.
  • I went from 159-130 before. Then I got pregnant. Now I'm at 158 again trying to go back down =] You can add me as well!
  • I'm not exactly starting on Monday, but Monday starts week 3 for me. So I will be taking the fit test again tomorrow. Add me if you'd like!
  • http://lettersforluke.tumblr.com/ mine! its not all fitness though. but i do a daily post about my workouts =]
  • I am 5'4 and 160lbs or so. I have a one year old so I'm ready to get down to 125! I was 130 when I got pregnant, delivered at 205, and I'm sooo ready to get rid of the rest
  • This is NOT necessarily true at all for some people. I busted my butt trying to lose weight while I breastfed my son for a year. I exercised, I counted calories, at less, ate more, and nothing worked. I didn't gain. I didn't lose. I went to a trainer, a nutritionist, and had blood work done. Hormones do NOT play nice to…
  • You are so inspiring! Wow you've done amazing! I really needed to read this today. Thank you!
  • I did 30DS for 30 days. No breaks. I probably should have though. I think my pictures are still on my profile. I noticed a HUGE difference.
  • I have 30lbs to lose. 5'4 and 160. Goal is 130-135. I just started Insanity today! Feel free to add me!
  • Thanks for the advice and encouragement. I haven't been working out regularly the last month because quiet honestly, I was getting incredibly discouraged. It is absolutely possible I am not estimating my calories burned correctly enough. So I think my husband is going to get me a hrm so I can try to be more accurate in my…
  • Honestly, PUSH harder. The moves get easier when you push. if they were easy from the get go you wouldn't need to work out. I just finished level 2 and am halfway through 3. I know that if you dont get over it and push you will just get frustrated because you wont get any better I dont understand how a 20-25 min workout is…
  • I've had braxton hicks since about 20 weeks. I'm 36 now. They are normal! If you get them just drink more water and lay down. As long as they aren't regular you are good =]
  • -That it will feel like your vag is getting struck by lightening -That you WILL pee your pants. Even if it's just a little. -Getting out of bed is a chore -When you try to sit yourself up, your belly looks freaky and scary! -Not just heartburn.... but HEARTBURN
  • I'm currently 35 weeks and up at least 40lbs. More like 45. I exercised like crazy until 31 weeks and logged my food. Sometimes you just can't help it! I'm praying most of this is water retention. Yikes. But since I'm almost done maybe I'll lose a bunch and give you guys some hope for it being mostly water =]]
  • Aww that's kind of a bummer, but such a blessing! I was only 3lbs away from my ultimate goal... THREE!!! And I got pregnant. I was so sad at first because I wanted to enjoy my new weight loss before gaining it all back+some. I'm 29 weeks and about 16lbs over my highest weight ever. It's hard. It makes me sad some days, but…
  • Sometimes I weight daily, but mostly weekly. I'm 27 weeks and up about 25-30lbs. I work out daily and try to control my food intake the best that I can (I'm no saint!), but the weight is just piling on. I think most of it is water and baby with a little fat. At this rate I'm hoping to stay under 40-50lbs. It's so hard…
  • I have an arm band holder. Maybe you just need a larger band? Mine works for me and my husband so it's pretty spacious. I can't wait to start using the jogging stroller cause I'll just put it in the cup holder. The band is convenient but sometimes gets itchy
  • Hey cloth diapering moms!! Feel free to add me. I'm a first time mom, baby due in September... so I'm a total newbie when it comes to parenting let alone cloth diapers! I plan on using just simple prefolds and covers until my son is big enough for one size pockets. Here's to crossing my fingers and praying Sunbaby works…
  • I think for ME 125 is perfect because I'm 5'4. It makes me look thin and lean without looking ill or sick. It's literally my magic number!
