This might sound like a lot of work, but write your favorite healthy brands and tell them you are a college student wanting to eat healthy but can't because of the price. Usually companies will send you coupons.

Don't worry that the scale isn't moving. Sometimes when you are working out you are converting fat into muscle and muscle weighs more! :-) Just keeping working hard!

Are you weighing yourself daily? If so, that is going to drive you crazy because your body will fluctuate as the week goes.
