It's been my experience that you should NEVER order down more than 1 size. A good seamstress can do ANYTHING with your dress, so don't let that deter you!

When i first started this journey I relied solely on Bolthouse Farms yogurt dressings. Now, I don't touch the stuff because I avoid all dairy/animal products. I would recommend a simple avocado, lemon juice blend. Amazing flavor and good nutrients!

I definitely would. I think that sometimes we think we know what we want and make choices based on that. Don't get discouraged. Someone is out there for you and if they have the problem that you are divorced then they aren't for you!

I am looking to lose in total 120lbs. It can be done. Don't look at the final goal number, set a smaller goal first. I had to start really small. First 10lbs, then 25, etc. I am 50 down now, and I am so proud of myself! Don't get discouraged! You can do this!
