  • I take vitamin D and B12. I do need to have more mini meals with healthy foods. Will add that to my diet!! Good advice here. I will try and only eat the boxed stuff at work, and add a yogurt or fruit for breakfast. If I can cut packaged food to just lunch.. that will be a great start for me!!
