So on MFP your calories are 1450. That means you should eat 1450 without any exercise. If you burn 300 calories with additional exercise then you should eat 1,750 calories that day. (1450+300=1,750). At my job we have 4 smokers out of 25 people and they get their own covered bench area to smoke, but I know the one who works in my department still gets her work done. I used to only have a BM about every 4-5 days, but now that I am eating lower calories its everyday. I eat a high fiber english muffin almost everyday so I think that helps. I think there is adifference between soluble and non soluble fiber that can make a difference in how easy it is to digest. Have you tried benefiber?

Bethdris - I didn't start inMay I just started MFP in May. I had been keeping track myself so I entered in all the data when i started on here. I started my weight loss in January so I lost an avaerage of about 10lbs per month since then.

I made small goals and once I attained them I set another. My original was pre-pregnancy weight (210lbs) then to get into the "one hundreds", then to get to my wedding weight (180) then to get to a healthy BMI (169) which is where I am now. I now want to be my high school weight (148).

I think I am going to start dividing my calories differently. I think on weekdays I will eat 13% of my weekly calories and then on weekends I will eat 17%. That way I can still have fun and eat a little more than I usually would on the weekends and still be in my calorie goals.

So I wanted to get back on my diet, but we had to go out to lunch for bosses bday. Im pretty sure I ate over 600 calories at lunch. I go look in the mirror. It used to motivate me to stay on schedule to look better and now it motivates me to see how far Ive come and to stay on track. I was on low sodium when I was pregnant and it was CRAZY. Just take it off. Right now you should get comfortable with fat protein and calories then you can start tackling other things.

I only weigh on Thursdays. Weekends are bad for me since I am with hubby who is a bad influence so I weigh on Thursday after I get 3 days of healthy eating at work.
