I do a low-cal whole wheat english muffin with egg, turkey and cheese. 245 calories and ready in 5 minutes. I put the egg in a small bowl, scramble and microwave for about 40 seconds.

MFP is just an estimate. I am set up to lose 1/2 lb/wk, but I lose 1lb/wk. I think I am somewhere between sedentary and lightly active.

Not me either! Nor my children who will be 19 and 20.

I was on depo for 7 years from 1997 until 2004 and I did gain weight, but I was not excercising and was eating terribly. I went off it in 2004 and went back on it in 2010. I have lost all 57lbs since I have been on depo. Maybe I would have lost more if I wasn't on it, but I am happy with my loss and plan to continue the…

I eat lightly salted almonds as a snack. Not in addition to my current calories, but as a part of my goal calories. They have 6g protein and 3g fiber in a 170 calorie serving. I think they are fine as long as you stick to the serving size.

Ahh, the dreaded loose skin. It will get better with time, but your body needs time to adjust to not having all the fat stretching it out anymore. After 2 babies and being obese for more than 5 years I have a saggy tummy, but it is getting better.

I think that temptation can be so hard. I would just not buy my weakness foods when I first started. Regular soda was so bad for me so I just wouldn't have it in my house. Any candy was also bad for me so I just stopped buying it but the vending machine called my name for the first 3 months or so at work. I would have…

It could be a worse smell. I did notice hubby craving a lot more pancakes.

Thanks for the info. My hubby said the other day he needs to re-work his eating schedule. He was eating McDonald's right before bed and he needed to change it so he would be eating 2 hours before bed. Hello dear! The solution isn't changing when you eat McDonald's its NOT eating McDonald's to begin with. The 1200 calories…

I have picked up skills on tailoring. Get the 12 and take in the waist.

I have been on meds since 2008 and just got my levels checked. Some docs say TSH should be under 5, but I think the new range is under 3. My doc keeps my level under 3. I have been tired the last couple of weeks so I had bloodwork this morning. Maybe I need my dose adjusted too.

I know. This is the second dr that told me this. My goal of 148 is right in the mniddle of the healthy BMI range and I am 161 now. I still have 13 lbs to go so I don't get why they are so set on me stopping my weight loss. Oh well, it motivated me anyway.

I feel you. I always feel better on Thursdays when I get to weigh-in and he always thinks I must have seen someone that made me so happy. Its pretty annoying. You just have to stroke his ego a bit and keep telling him how much you love him and how happy you are with him.

I started my weight moss journey the day I weaned my daughter at 5 months old. I struggled with my supply as I was pumping at work and it wasn't very effective. I took the fenugreek too. Did you notice a maple syrup smell in your southern region? That was the wierdest side effect ever!

I would talk to your OB about a safe plan while you are pregnant. I was obese when I got pregnant and my doctor wasn't concerned I lost for the first 4 months due to morning sickness, but I wasn't trying to lose. I'm sure your OB can help you come up with a safe way to eat and excercise during your pregnancy.

I love the sargento red fat pepperjack and turkey. I eat that on a whole grain english muffin with egg most mornings. Only 245 calories.

You are too funny!

How about the comment I got the other day, "Are you sure you just had two kids?" I would prefer, "Wow! You look great!" Had an old friend I hadn't seen in about 18 months come in to work the other day and said she wouldn't even recognize me. That I look like a different person. That was a nice one I could hear all day long.

I'm gonna save this thread for when I am hungry at night and don't have any caloires left. This stuff is downright GROSS! I have one that hasn't been on here yet. My HUBBY eats tuna and peanut butter. Lots of protein for when he works out, but I say YUCK YUCK YUCK!

You can go into goals and update them with your new weight and that will decrease your calories per day. You can do it whenever you like. I usually do it about every 5 lbs.

I had a c-sec for my second delivery and my stomach is actually getting better. It has been 3m onths since I lost the majority of my weight and I think my skin is starting to get back to normal. I think after a year or two it will probably be as good as it is going to get, but I'm sure mine will improve. I think my body…

If you have negative numbers for the day then taht means you went over what MFP had allotted for that category. If it is protein that may not be so bad, but sodium, fat or calories may be worse. I don't know that weight lifting burns many calories, but I think if you build more muscle your BMR will eventually go up and you…

That is where I bought the ones I tried.

They taste like stale, gross rice cakes. I couldn't even get it down my throat to see if it worked. NASTY!

YOU CAN DO IT!!!!! I lost 49 lbs in 4 months. Your weight loss will slow down eventually. So far I have lost 57 lbs in less than 7 months. I went from 218 to 169 in 4 months and now I am down to 161.

I just picked the middle of the healthy BMI range which is 21.7. For me that would put me at 147 lbs, but my lowest in my adult life was 148 and that would be exactly 70lbs so I picked 148.

Maybe you should try eating back all you exercise calories. You should eat 1250 calories plus all you exercise calories. Another thing you could try is to increase your calories from 1250 to maybe 1350 or 1400. When I hit a plateau I also zigzagged calories to change things up. I hope one of these things works for you.

Here are some of my favorite low cal "freezable" recipes. I ususally grocery shop every other Friday and cook on Saturday during nap time. I make 2 casseroles for each item then I have 8 meals ready to freeze for the next 2 weeks. They run about $1.50 per person and there are 4 servings in each (except for the crab cakes…
