I recommend you eat before you go and limit yourself to 2 drinks then just go with diet soda or water. Everything you eat should go on a plate and sit down to eat so you can keep better track of what you eat rather than "grazing". I have a bulging disc in my back which causes pain in my left sciatic nerve. I have WAY more fat on my left side than on my right. I think even when I am not in pain I tend to favor that side and use it less.

I posted about this awhile back and was told to wait until a full year after you've lost all your weight to be sure you will keep it off. I have had 2 babies and have alot of loose skin on my tummy. My last delivery was a c-sec so maybe they can use the same scar? Is it closer to the pelvic area or on your tummy?

Once your body hits starvation I don't think you will lose. I have never done that though.

Yup, I make it at home. The recipe is 1/2 butter and 1/2 hot sauce. Another thing you can do is ask for the sauce on the side, or just a side of hot sauce for dunking. That always save calories.
