Great job, I'm in the same boat! Finished my first 5k Oct. 1 after completing C25K, and have already signed up for my next on Nov. 26, hoping to beat my first time as well! Keep up the hard work and congrats!

GREAT JOB! You look hot!
-
Congrats! You looks and feel great! I ran my first 5k after completing the Couch 2 5k, and was so excited, so I know how you feel! Great job and keep up the great work!

WOW! The likeness is amazing!

I started a sort of keepsake box for my daughter (a few pics she's drawn, her letter welcoming her to preschool, the first little shirt they put on her in the hospital when she was born), that kind of stuff.

I don't even let my almost 4 year old play in the yard without getting nervous!
-
Thanks all, I'll keep all of these things in mind. Makes me feel better, just going to be one of those "frustrating" things for me I guess!

I have no problem with SAHM's or learning to cook/sew in school! I did, and I'm a "working" mom (outside of the home). I think the grass is always greener, and the important thing is that the option is there for THEM to choose what they want! I don't care what my daughter chooses to either way, as long as SHE is happy.

I got mine in June 2011, I've been steadily losing weight since May 2011, I haven't noticed any difference personally, but I have ready that weight gain can be an issue for some. Maybe talk to your doctor?

I didn't used to be a breakfast person either, but since I joined MFP i eat oatmeal, or a banana and yogurt for breakfast. Now, I feel like I'm starving during the weekdays if I DON'T eat! You can keep it light, just give you body something to start the day! :)

Try Reduced Fat Wheat Thins and Laughing Cow's soft cheese wedges! They come in lots of flavors and are 35 cal per wedge!

I finished C25K a few weeks ago and my first 5k this past weekend, and I still smoke. I've cut back, but I know I'd be better off if I quit completely. But yes, it can be done! Good luck!

Eat light the day before, nothing new that might cause trouble, get a good night sleep, and don't sweat it the morning of! I was a little nervous, but once I started running everything else just kind of floated away and I was in the running zone! I did the Couch to 5k also and ran my first 5k this past weekend, October 1!…

WTG! I was stoked when I hit that point too! Now I'm striving for "Healthy"! Great job and keep up your hard work!

I started out around 183 doing the Couch to 5k program and weighed in at 168 this morning! It was hard at first, and I have never been a runner in my life! I now love running! I'll finish my last day of the 9 week program tomorrow and am running in my first 5k on October 1! Good luck to you and keep up your hard work!

Loved this!

I'm allowed 1410 to lose the weight I want, but generally stick between 1200-1300.

Everything I've read/heard on the matter is that it's what you ADD to that coffee. The sugars and creamers add up fast! I used to load mine up with creamer, but I've switched to either black, or a packet of Splenda. But I'll never give it up completely!
-
That's fantastic, good for you! Keep up the hard work girl!
-
No idea, I started tightly in 16's and 28 lbs later am comfortably in 14's...
-
That's fantastic! I did the same on W7D2! 3 miles in 36 min to my iPod music! WTG!
-
Fabulous job, congrats! You are one HOT mama!
-
I don't really know of any cons, it's all around pretty great for you, I eat it every morning!

Sending a request!

First one is my fave too, love it! Good luck, you're working so hard, you'll get there in no time!
