Im 5'7! I have about 14 more pounds to my goal 135!

MFP takes into account your weight and age when it assigns calorie burn. My daughter and I are doing this together and even if we do the same exercise for the same amount of time MFP gives us different calorie burn.

I also sit at a desk all day. What I do to stay moving as much as possible is: 1. I park far away from the building 2. Always take the stairs 3. Take the long way to the restroom 4. Instead of sending emails to my co workers, I leave my office and walk to theirs. 5. I take brisk walks around the building

I think it's a great idea, Im just usually not the organized. If there are leftovers, then sometimes I plan them for the next day...but normally that's as far as I go.

I joined WW Feb 1 of this year. I lost about 21 lbs on WW in 3.5 months. I joined MFP about 7 weeks ago and I have lost about 9 lbs. Here is my take on it. I like them both! I’m a “list” person. I like writing things down and keeping track of things. I like keeping journals and what not, so logging my food does not bother me. Also I can tend to be a snacker, so to keep up with every bit of food I put in my mouth without writing it down may not go over so well. So I will probably always keep…

Since I started losing weight, I always seem to weight less during my TOM. I too think it's weird, but the weight stays off, so I'm not complaining!!

I'm 5'7 with a medium build. Currently at 153lbs I fit comfortably in a size 8. My final goal is to be around 135-140 wearing a size 6.

I officially weigh in once a week. I just got use to doing it that way from when I was doing weight watchers. Every now and again I will get on the scale and sneak a peak, but I only record once a week.

This is pretty much what I do! I do eat packaged/process foods, but I also eat nutritious whole foods. I started my weight loss journey Feb 1 and so far I have lost 25lbs. I also think it's possible to be healthy and still consume process foods.
