I get like that sometimes. Especially if it’s something I’m just eating because it’s lunch and I’m a little hungry. Just eat the one cracker with the soup and see how you feel. I prefer to eat the majority of my calories later in the day. So, I get the lunch time anxiety over how many calories to eat.

Anytime that I have eaten at a deficit I needed to give my body time to get use to the change. Normally the first week or so is the hardest, however it does get easier. I agree...I rarely eat a large breakfast. However depending on the day my lunch may be my biggest meal. I follow the belief that "calories in" are "calories in" regardless of the time of day or name of the meal.

Im 5'6 1/2 and currently i weight 136.9. My goal weight was 135, now im thinking 130 would be better. Right nowing im wearing a size 6.

I have a weight goal of 135. I'm about 141 now and wear size 6 (sometimes 4). I'm guessing at 135 i will be a solid 4. Ultimately, I want to feel and be comfortable in my skin, and a healthy weight for my height.

Ummm yeah! I was on the lowest amount of daily points plus they offer 29.

I loss on the the new plan...about 20 pounds. Went from 179 to 159! The plan equates to 40 cal. = 1 pp. Pretty much I still divide my calories on MFP by 40 (and round up) and I get my PP value. Technically PP is on a 1200 calorie plan + free fruits and veggies....so for the most part I've been eating the same.

We did it to flush and detoxify our bodies.

My dad and I did it as a detox (this past January). I did not weigh myself before or after, so I'm not sure if I lost anything.

My dad and I did it for a week! We used this time to try a lot of different and exotic fruits...we also ate Walnuts. Would I do it again...maybe, for a day or two ( a week was too long)!

Girl here...and I have to say blondes....I'm a stylist and at $150 to $200 a pop to touch up roots and highlights, blondes are my favorite hands down!!! :)

Mine is pretty accurate! I come up with my ideal weight being 137.5. My own personal goal is 135 +/- 3lbs. Thank you for this, it confirms what I am aiming for!!!

I didn't lose any weight this week. I pray that Im not hitting a plateau! I have 10 more pounds to go to be at goal, If I don't lose this week I will reset my MFP to 0.5lbs a week.

I usually eat dinner at my parents house and my mom is the same way. She is always saying something about either my eating habits, the fact that I'm logging, or simply implying that I'm obsessed. It can be very annoying, but I’m on a mission!

It doesn't really matter for me. I always have a night snack. As long as I don't go over my calories, I don't worry about it.

Im 5'7 and I'm set at 1200 cals a day. I weight 147, and 1200 cals a day is more than enough for me unless I eat a really bad meal, 1200 cals can hold be for the entire day.

I totally agree with you!!! I eat pretty much as I always have, but what I have changed is my portion size and I add in more fruits and veggies into my diet now. I've lost 32 pounds since Feb 1. I'm happy for those that can eat clean 24/7 but that's not my lifestyle, nor would I want it to be. I am happy, healthy and 12…

I took a peek at your diary and while Im no expert by any means...I think you may want to start eating more whole foods. While I still eat pretty much whatever I want, I always “try” to throw in some fresh veggies and fruits. For whatever reason it seems to help!
