Do you live in Kenosha? I think that is Charter Fitness, it' s a lot smaller than the YMCA and I don't think they do classes. I'm totally with you on the trainers. I want to get a personal trainer, but, I won't pay any of them my money...lol.:laugh:

I think Healthy Life Original Whole Wheat/ Whole grain bread has 5 grams net carbs. That's the only one that I know of. I don't know if that's the one they use.

I'm 5'5' and currently weigh 158lbs (SW) 224. My goal is 149, but, I love where I am now. Concentrating on building muscle and toning now.:smile:

My husband and I went through a similar issue. So to avoid exactly what your going through, I work out at 5 am while he's at work and his work out is at 3 pm while im at work! We still go together occassionally since I am just beginning my strength/resistance training. Good Luck!!

I lost the majority of my 65 pounds on WW. I am a fan of both. You have to choose what's best for you. I like the motivation I get from MFP because people are really burning up calories! I like the support from the WW meetings. So, there are benefits and positive aspects to both.:smile:
