I just hit the 4 week mark at eating tdee. 1200 calories is really low... have you checked your bmr and tdee? Fitnessfrog.com punch in your height weight and age and it will tell you what you should be eating. I think thats a good place for anyone to start. mfp always seems to set 1200 for most everyone.

check out the eat more to weigh less forum before you decided to stay on the 1200 diet for too long. Sometimes thats just not enough for you to maintain your bodys needs, and eventually you will plateau.

Ok so if my bmr in 1294 and my tdee is 2006 i should am for 15% less =1700 calories a day and just never go below my bmr? I have been told like many that to beat this stall lower my cals. Ive already tried 1200 with cardio and i just was dead. I just cant imagine eating average 1700?

Lots of people in my area pushing it too. But i have to be honest and say that yes is taste good, but its expensive and compared to my protein its lacks alot. Its more like a snack than a meal. Are you lifting big? If so then yes you should keep the protein close to your body weight.

To lean out or tone use light weight with high reps. To build muscle use heavy and low reps.. of course to build mass its hard and requires more than just lifting heavy, youd have to eat. whats your goal?

Beverly products are by far one of the best, we use it daily. It also has a great taste and you can cook with it. we make pancakes, cookies. Lots of great recipes. Clean ingredients and low sugar. Trying to add muscle takes heavy lifting. :)
