Just finished Kenpo X, still my favorite, tomorrow is day 7 of week 1 for me but I think I'll do a 3 mile run. All have a great weekend and keep bringing it!!!

I did Plyo last night as well, I think its actually getting a little easier for me to complete this one. I too struggled with sore muscles (especially knees) after Plyo and all the workouts but adding a recovery drink post-workout really diminished the soreness the next day. Did Plyo last night, great sweaty workout, Ps3 broke yesterday so had to resort to watching it on laptop with no sound and blasting some workout music. I actually kind of like this way better than to listen to the dvd music, gave me some extra energy.

I did my last Plyo a couple of days ago myself, like others have said I started to really enjoy this workout. I still loathe rock star hops and jump knee tucks but they are getting easier (just does something to my knees). 9 more days to go, is anyone continuing on with a second round?

I've been using bands attached to the pullup bar for assisted chin-ups. I've been able to gradually decrease the amount of resistance in the bands and now I'm down to one (30lb) band. I think another week or so I'll be able to graduate to pullups with no help. I'm trying to enjoy recovery week (X stretch tonight) as much…

Day 52 done with Kenpo rest day tomorrow, tweaked a hamstring with one of those back kicks, but another good workout (Thanks Tony). Looking forward to another recovery week, hopefully I'll be strong enough this time around to get those Drea Rolls (i think i can i think i can).
