I eat canned tuna sometimes, but today I didn't. I ate turkey deli meat and fat free cheese which seems to have the highest amount of sodium I guess. I eat frozen tilapia too. Is that bad?

Thank you! The only canned food I eat is the tuna, since it's so easy. I'll have to ease up on that like all of you say. I use fresh chicken and I'm getting used to the taste of tilapia (but I buy it frozen....). I do have bad stress and sleep patterns right now! I'm also always hungry and grumpy and tired... I'm guessing…

haha! I'm terrible at jogging but I used to love it! Now it's just getting past the pulled calf muscle and shin splints I get only in my right leg. I'm guessing once I lose weight it'll be easier and less injury prone?
