Hi there, I started MFP at 210lbs. I did not work out other than household chores and running around with my kids. My suggestion would be to follow the 1lb-2lb per week regiment. Loosing too much too fast could hurt your body and you could loose muscle and water weight not "fat" Take it slow and steady, the pounds will come off faster than you think. Good Luck!!

Hi Rachel, I am about to turn 30 this year and for me that was my motivation. I wanted to be able to wear a bikini for my 30th Birthday and I achieved my goal thanks to mfp and friends. You have come to a great place to begin your journey!

I love my chocolate!!! I simply allow myself to eat dark chocolate and allot the carloies in my daily log. Portion control is always key, but do not deny yourself things you love. Just control the amount you consume and you will be fine :wink:

I am with you on the craving, they come out of nowhere! Something that works for me, water with sugar free gum. Usually passes the craving so I can move on with my day! Good Luck!
