Yea!! Day 4 was tough for me..but my advice would be to stick to the shred then move on to the ripped and so on. Take them on one at a time and kick Jillian's butt!

It's a great workout.. I'm on day 7 of Phase 1, and still cant figure out how someone as small as Jillian can be so EVIL!! Best of Luck .. the program is intense but worth it so far!

I believe personally that you have to find a protein powder that you really like... I have tried a bunch of different ones and find that I like the whey protein isolates most bc they mix really well with just about anything!!

I use general circuit training under cardio on the mobile app, and I' ve done some research so it seems accurate. Hope this helps:smile:

I maintain a 1200 calorie limit, and with a few missteps here and there have lost 15lbs in 8 weeks . It's really all about discipline, and lots of fruits, veggies and water!! Before my babies I was comfy at 155...started at 194 5/2/11, finally down to 179. Looking forward to 160 sometime in August and then 150-155 before my 30th in September!
