For me a plateau means I need to change things up. I change my exercise and what I eat. You can do it!!!

My foot doctor has recommended filling a 2 liter bottle with water, freezing it and then roll it with all my weight on it to reduce swelling and stretch the muscles in my foot. That may help you too.

Does anyone do Chicometrics toning exercises? I have no idea how many calories I am burning.
