  • Yum Yum this sounds really good! Definitely trying!
  • I eat this about 4 times a week... 1 package Perdue Fit & Easy Chicken Breast Tenderloins 3 tbsp Bertolli Extra Light Tasting Olive Oil Dash of Salt 2 tbsp Mrs. Dash Table Blend Seasoning (use more or less to taste) 2 tbsp Tone's Rosemary & Garlic Seasoning (use more or less to taste) Preheat oven to 375 degrees. • I hate exercising too. I don't mind walking, but I hate not having anything to look at. So I've gone "window shopping" before just to get moving. Last weekend I went to Walmart, BabiesRus, Sam's Club, Target, and Kroger. I spent maybe $30 that whole day. I just made it a point to walk up and down each aisle regardless of…
  • I also noticed by your exercise diary that either you just started exercising this week, or you just started logging it this week. Just starting an exercise routine can build a little muscle... that may be where the extra weight is coming from.

  • I wasn't ttc when I actually did. But I did a lot of my own research on PCOS and determined for myself that I also suffer from low progesterone. Maybe you should look into it and talk to your doctor about prescribing Prometrium. I conceived 3 months after stopping Yaz and starting Prometrium... and I wasn't even trying.
  • I had this same problem. I had to change my settings to what was truly realistic as to how many pounds I wanted to lose each week. Its so much easier if you don't expect too much from yourself too fast. Start with a half pound a week and once you get used to that caloric limit, increase your weekly pounds, which will lower…
