Taylor Lautner....I usually go for older guys, but I have to say...12 years younger works for me in that case :)

I do my workouts first thing when I get up, as a night shifter it's afternoon, but when I get up I get my water and get to work. I find that by the time I'm done I have a lot of energy and feel energized for the day. Doesn't work for everyone, but it starts my day out right and keeps me going all night long in my case :)

just remember muscles weights more than fat, so there will be times when the scale won't move. I do weight myself and feel pretty good when it moves, but I get more exctied about my measurements changing cause that proves even more that I am getting somewhere. I was an athlete all through high school and constantly…

It's going to take time, you didn't put the weight on overnight so coming off is the same way. Its about changing the way you live. It takes time and work. I've only lost 4 lbs since I've been on here almost 3 weeks now, but hey after almost 4 years of trying to loose anything that 4lbs is HUGE to me, shoot I wanna get up…

I have the same problem, I LOVE food that is bad for me, but I'm starting with baby steps. I still indulge sometimes, but I plan it into my day. And while I'm still not as healthy an eater as I hope to be down the road, I"m starting with stuff I do like and putting more of it into my diet. Changing everything over night…

I work night shift and switch myself back to days on my days off, which means my first day off it usually a 24+ hour day, but I do my workouts when I get up wether or not I'm off. I find that if I workout before I sleep I don't sleep as well cause I still have all the adreline(sp) rushing through me. On my days I work,…

me, I would tell her the truth, it was a backhanded compliment. I use to do it all the time without thinking about it. My husband would point it out to me and I would aplogize, but it doesn't change the fact that I hurt his feelings. Tell her you are working on what you can for yourself and NOT for her and if she can't be…

I have been on here for 2 weeks now and I have to say that while I don't have the physical problems that you will be battling, I suffer from Bi-polar, and I can tell you that the last two weeks have really really been helping my attitude, I'm not having as much of a struggle with my depression side of the bi-polar, I work…

I had the same issues when my husband wanted to be a cop. I really didn't want it and I was terrified over him even thinking about it. For 10 years it was put off due to my fear. I finally realized that he didn't just want to be a cop, he was a cop when I caught him sneaking in an appliciation. It was then that I came to…

I take Andrew Lessman stuff, b12, omega 3, he has a healty hair skin and nails formula that really works for me. He has a website though I can't remember it off the top of my head, but he is sold on HSN.com and though he is a little pricey, they are the best supplements I have ever taken, he really believes in what he…

I had to lay out of practice for about a week because I let them get so bad initally, but after that, ice and taping up the shins kept me from being in pain.

I use to get them all the time playing tennis in High school. I found I was able to continue with my daily routine, but I had to ice my shins before and after and tape my legs up to my knees almost. It was a HUGE pain to do every day, but it was worth it to be able to continue to play without pain.

I am all for that as I have 125 pounds to loose. I have been walking everyday uphill most of the way and I've lost 2lbs my first week. We can do this :)

I work from home so that may give me more freedom than you have available to you, but I sit and take calls for 8 hours a night. I found a little under the desk pedal machine that I can use between calls and I have also taken to sitting on a 65" pilates ball for a couple of hours at a time, doesn't seem like much, but it's…

I do bottled water 16.9 oz is 2 cups, so that's only 4 bottles a day, though I usually end up drinking more.

thank you all for the suggestions. Diabetes isn't the cause, I did have the dr. check that just a few months ago, but I'm just thirsty all the time. My kids have the same trait as they all drink more than normal from what I can tell. I'll look into some of these ideas and appreciate it.

for sit-ups you would put zero. I know that back when I was weight lifting some of the guys would hold the weights from the barbells while they did the sit-ups, that would be the only way you would need to add weight to sit-ups.
