I play WOW, not to often, but it keeps me busy at work since I work from home. Helps the night move faster some nights...lol

spiders and heights...hate things that jump cause they startle me, but I am terrified of spiders and heights. I acutally once paid a neighbor kid to come over and kill a spider for me...lol

I thought I would have to take longer than 10 days when I was doing it, but was surprised when I got to day 10 that I could move on. I would listen to your body, when it starts to get easier then you'll know.

honeslty, how much better I feel on the days that I do work out than the days that I am unable to. Not to mention all the really cute skinny clothes packed up in my closet that are calling my name :)

as I am a night shifter, it just depends on what's for lunch. I am fond of sandwiches or eggs any number of other things that are tasty at the time. Just depends on the day.

I am working to reduce my caffine as well and I can tell you that it can cause headaches. I have cut back a lot, but I still get the headaches and sometimes just ahve to get a diet pepsi to get rid of it. They say it gets easier....so I've heard...lol

I would ask your dr to be sure, but I know that as women cause we are more prone to ostoperosis(sp) we need higher levels of calcium. I blow mine out of the water everyday...haven't had any issues yet

weight is a number and not a true indication of who you are or even how fit you are. Being fit and strong is more than a size or a number. Idid it most every day, had to take a few days here and there for soreness, but for the most part I bumped up my protein uptake and was able to do it everyday without the muscles being hurt...sore, but not hurt. I think it is enough cardio that you can do it daily. It's not like straight strenth training
