Yay! :) Keep making those healthy choices. Sometimes fruit just hits the spot when you want something sweet.

I did not complete yesterday because I fell asleep before finishing my last 20. I did 100 squats today though to make up for it.

chocolate chip cookie dough is my favorite. apple pie, cinnamon roll (when it doesnt melt in the mail.. my last box completely melted and had a weird taste afterwards), and coconut cashew rank up there as well.

Wow thank you for all this information and links. I'm going to go read your articles now. :flowerforyou:

Its argued a lot but MFP sets your deficit up assuming you will track and eat back your exercise calories. The MFP exercise database tends to overestimate how many calories you burn so I wouldn't suggest eating all of the calories back but you should eat some of the exercise calories back.

100 squats done! i did 4 sets of 25 throughout my day.

90 squats done. 3 sets of 30 throughout the day.

I know it will be harder for me to check in during the week since I primarily use the app while at work. That will be a bigger challenge than doing the actual squats.
-
You look amazing! (and that's a very pretty dress). Great job.
-
Congrats. I really enjoyed reading your success story. You look great.

I cut back my cardio and primarily focus on strength training. I go on long walks but that's all for cardio and I do four days a week of strength training. I think you could cut down your cardio to 3 days a week / 30 minutes a workout and add strength training and be fine.
-
What are you doing on the other 2 days of the week? You need to track your food constantly and weigh all your food if possible. Measuring cups and servings sizes are alright but using a food scale is the best way to go.

My legs need that recovery day tomorrow. 90 squats done!
-
Exactly. My uncle is doing P90X and told me about this article. You can't expect to do the entire workout your first try if you don't workout frequently. If it was that easy, it wouldn't give the results you are looking for.

Great post. I think a lot of us struggle with the number on the scale. It's a battle I'm working through and I'm getting better relying on how I feel and how I look / how my clothes feel. You look more fit in the recent pictures and really look amazing.

A very good idea. I live in an apartment and would have to do potted plants but this is something I'm considering.

My boyfriend and i usually spend $70-100 a week on groceries. I'd buy rice, bulk pasta, dried beans, frozen veggies, bulk of peanuts/nuts, chicken breast (only chicken I can stand, would wait for a good price), ground turkey/beef. Maybe get some cup of noodles or ramen but I'd hate it.

I want to try almond milk for smoothies / protein shakes but haven't got around to it. I use 2% cow milk now for cereal, occasional protein shakes and smoothies but can't drink it straight.

I would rather be single than be in a relationship with the wrong person. However, I found the right person and I could never imagine going back to the single life. Especially when it comes to trying to better myself. it was so much harder trying to get fit all by myself. Having my boyfriend's support and motivation helps…

I did 3 sets of 20 and 1 set up 15. I am incredibly sore from doing my normal leg workout yesterday then doing 230 squats to catch up since yesterday was my first day in the challenge.
-
I joined this challenge late (today) but I'm making up the days I missed. Completed : Day 1: 50 Squats Day 2: 60 Squats Day 3: 70 Squats Day 4: 50 Squats Total squats today: 230

My Planet Fitness had classes a few times a day. I think it depends on which PF you go to. I like exercising outside a lot better than inside a gym.
