We have Sams club here which is pretty much the same thing. Frozen boneless skinless chicken breast is great. I can thaw 1 and it is big enough to feed two. I buy peanut butter there toilet paper. Salad mix. Canned chicken is cheaper there. I even buy some of my workout clothes there. Love it!

Exfoliate, put Vaseline on your heels and socks over night. Much cheaper.

They just talked about this on biggest loser lt night. I think they said like 8 pieces equals 6 slices of white bread. I would opt for something else if you are that worried about carbs.

I have never eaten back my calories. On a 1200 calorie plan and typically work out 4 or 5 times a week and have lost weight every week. I'm never hungry and even if I take a week off as long as I stick with my calories, I maintain my weight.

Stay within your calories the rest of the day. But remember what you put in you must also take out. Arc trainer is a great way to burn calories. Easy on the joints. I've never eaten back the calories I burn working out and I have consistenly lost weight doing this. Good luck.

Been wearing orthotics for months and not the real cheap kind. Bought couple of pairs so I don't have to change them out. Always stretch. Even had calf massages in PT to help loosen them, no help.
