I actually love to wear a great fitting pair of jeans. (Husband loves it too) I do wear yoga pants at home and when I work out but that's it. There is a new company starting up called barbell denim I think, but going to be a while before they're in business. ????

I buy buckle and gap jeans. I've lost inches in my waist and since I started lifting my butt is a lot tighter and higher and my quad size has increased. So it's not a matter of crappy material or that I buy clothes too small. My body has changed for the better since I started working out and need to update my wardrobe.

Air squats! Get your form down before you add weight, don't rush it. More important to have great form before you focus on weights. Start light with weights too, 15lb bar? When I started in November I was at 30% of my bw. I'm now at 94% of my bw for 1rep max. Pretty happy with these results! Had to take a break from lifting the past 4 weeks hoping to get to 100% of bw for a 1rep max by June.

Thanks for all the replies. To answer some of the questions...no cardiac issues, I'm working on weight loss, I try not to eat a lot of processed food.
