Really not a good thing. I tried it many years ago and didn't see any REAL results, felt jittery all the time and the worst part, felt like my heart was going to jump out of my chest.....Do it the right way, exercse and eating right.....you'll feel better about yourself doing all the work in the long run.

Good Luck! You have to really want it! Once you get into the routine, change your eating, exercise 4 or 5 times a week, it will become an addiction. I am 7 weeks in, the first few weeks were rough but it is so worth it when you weigh in after that first month!

Stay away from the pasta. If you slice the veggies longwise, put in a pan and add teriyaki and a little soy sauce, some garlic salt, sautee just till they are a soft crisp they are delicious....I don't use any oil! Or you can marinade in that and grill. Very yummy.
