I would do stuff like granola bars, protein bars, nuts, raisins, apples, carrots, fiber one bars, and maybe cereal.

I like and use a lot of the Crunch videos on netflix.... the ab attack one was one of my very first loves on this journey. I did it again earlier today, after not doing it for something like four months, and even with being in better shape, I still felt it!

The Kushiel Trilogy by Jacqueline Carey. LOVE these books, and own all of them now. The Wayfarer Redemption Series. Great books with interesting twists to them. The Fever Series (or MacKayla Lane series). One of the best Fae styled series I have ever read. Also the Night Angel Trilogy.... Another great set.

Have you tried changing up what you are doing at all... When I get stuck I change out an exercise day or two for something new, and also jump my calories around. I just bumped mine up by 200 calories, as I have been stuck again. I think it is because I have been doing both a running program and a rigorous (for me) strength…

Nice work! And by the by... that's only 2 and a half months if you started in January

My new favorite is to boil or steam them, and then add enough zesty Italian dressing to coat them, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and enjoy!

Those are pretty square right? Just ignore how all the heroines have 2 inch waists and pour out of their sea shells lol, and her main goal is tospread her legs (and walk sheesh), and soul stealing done by sea witches, and the shape insinuations of sea castle turrets.... and that's only one…

My children (8 & 5) asked me for fruit for snack, "since they wanted to be healthy like me" and also asked to go for a walk, something we don't normally do on a Sunday. I think I am rubbing off in a very positive way! Then we played Kinect Sports Season 2 together. It was so much fun!

I almost killed my keyboard! This made me laugh so hard I damn near spewed forth a fountain of water..... I do have to agree with you, eating "normal" food is... well normal in my house. There is no way I can instantly change the ways that my 3 children, my spouse, and my grandmother eat completely over night. What I have…
