What exactly are you eating? Maybe you are getting your calories from the wrong balance of nutrients. Try a structured meal plan and stick to it for a month and see if there are any improvements. But milk only has lactose.. and unless you are intolerant to it.. it is good for you. Same with fructose.. none of these sugars are bad for you.
