I hate Burger King. I liked the chicken fries enough that if my husband wanted to go there, I could manage to eat them. But at Mcdonalds the only thing I eat is chicken or salads. I can't stand fast food burgers. They're gross. DQ is alright.

I line a baking pan with foil, then place the chicken in and cover with light prego sauce, and season with herbs. Cover pan with foil and cook in oven. It's very yummy.

Thanks everyone. I think my problem has a lot to do with retaining water. I have a lot of sodium in my diet. I do not drink as much water as I should. I'm going to try drinking a lot more to flush out my system.

Yes my goals have been updated, I do not drink as much water as I should, that's something I am working on. My exercise is about the same as always, I walk and jog, and a couple days a week I do either aerobics or Dance.
