  • Hi ladies, checking in for week 2! SW: 275 (9/1/14) CW: 271.8 (9/8/14) GW: 269 by Oct 1st 3.2 pounds lost last week, only 2.8 pounds more to go before I reach my 6 pound goal for September :drinker:

  • You can lose weight on 2400 calories a day, depending on how many calories you are used to eating.   • Metamucil powder or any type of fiber powder. Orange and Pink Lemonade are really good. I drink a glass 2-3 times a day as needed inbetween meals when I want to eat but know it's just me being greedy. It fills me up for about 2-3 hours. The sugar free version only has 5 calories per glass, and the regular has 45 :)
  • Latin music really does it for me., especially reggae-ton. Makes me wanna shake my booty!
