I like to have my curries on cauliflower instead of rice which cuts down the cals heaps! I usually just substitute with low cal versions-like "lite" coconut milk, and just use less, so instead of a 420g can, I use a the tiny 120g can. If you love certain kinds of food, I honestly don't see anything wrong in having that occasionally as a reward...the key word being occasionally. i'm in a great place with my food at the moment. If I want something, I WILL eat it and I WILL enjoy it and I WILL log it. Because this is truly it for me-there's no going back…

I've been taking it for about a year now and it has definitely helped with my weight loss. Not making it "fall off" or anything but if I def lose more/steadily if i regularly take it.

sorry.am being a bit dense My cals are at 1320 (deficit of 500) so on days 1 and 2 I should stick to that...should I be "eating back" my exercise cals? And then how much to go up to on Day 3?
