Hi - I need to lose my wife! Well actually I need to lose as much weight as my wife weighs! Luckily she's less than 7 stone and only 4' 10". Still a lot to lose, but the good news is I've lost the first stone so far!

Me too, just under 100lbs left to go but over 100 ilbs when I started. I tell people I have to lose my WIFE in weight but its actually more than she weighs ! So if you want a Brit to add as a friend, I'm your man!

Is your MFP at 1200 what you need to LOSE weight at the rate you fed into the calculation, and the 1501 for BMR what you need to maintain your current weight?

This gets my vote too! You could offer to add a few extras more to his taste, but the main meal should be the same healthy stuff you are eating!

Lavazza beans if I use my Bean to cup coffee machine, or Kenya Peaberry ground for cafettiere. The former makes a good esperesso and black coffee, the latter works well in a Latte or with Coffee Whitener.

I used to not record gains, but this only led to more gains and eventually I was off the diet and eventually just started again from a new high. Now I record loss or gain and if its a gain the chances are the next time it will be a loss.
