you could also try daiya (yummo! check http://www.daiyafoods.com/where.html for where you can buy it) or chezly (it's from redwood foods; i haven't tried it, but heard it was good).

i entered mine as circuit training for 20 minutes, and i upped it to 23 minutes when i started level 3 (because the warm-up was, as jillian puts it, "no joke").
