  • I measure every other Monday and weight myself once a month "officially" but I also always sneak a peek when i do my measurements :) I've found it's really boosted me to see my size progress without seeing the scale and when you only weight once every 2 weeks you are bound to see SOME loss... last time I was super excited…

  • i didn't think about this... theyre right- sometimes if my stomach is hungry drinking cold water will make me even hungrier. drinking hot tea or some of the "diet hot chocolate" (oh yeh! 25 calories!) helps ease any hunger i'm feeling :)

  • im eatin a "snack pack" of white cheddar now... they make the white cheddar and monterey jack in a box of "snack packs" and each baggy is 180 calories...it curbs my "salty" desire (plus i have always loved cheezits!) and actually ease any hunger i'm feeling between meals! YUMMY!

  • i've lots 12 lbs total since i started...i can now pull my pants down without unbuttoning them but the next size down will barely button at all (whats THAT about??..anyways) ... i can't tell a difference-- clearly there must be one, but i surely dont see it

  • bahahaha... such conflicting information ..i'll stick with sendentary and i'll also eat back my exercise calories as i plan to be able to live this life style forever and i'm thinking that 1200 calories a day and burning 400-500 additional calories would leave me feeling pretty crappy... thanks to everyone :)

  • Glad i could help... my trainer at work told me to try to watch my body fat more than my bmi or my weight and id have a better measurement of how healthy i actually am... she showed me this site that way i woudn't have unrealistic expectations about what my weight should be :) best of luck to u!
