I am on day 2 of my 2nd round of 30 day shred. I lost about 7 lbs my first round and like 6-7 inches from my waist, chest, hips, thighs. I then did her ripped in 30 and lost even more. :)

Note that I agree with you 100000000 % but I think for a lot of people "the holidays" aren't just 1 day... its potlucks at work, people bringing in baked goods constantly, christmas parties for work, dinner with friends, baked goods being brought in, etc... it seems like the holidays are more than just 1day for most ppl...…

I just want to suggest looking into PFLAG in your area or a Unitarian Universalist Church (not sure about your beliefs but just a suggestion)...it would give your son an AMAZING way to meet people who would accept and love him for him both in the LGBT community and allies. :)

LOL too funny... usually for me its the men that whistle or make noises that i think r creepy... i dont know what i'd do if i got a genuine compliment lol - i guess its all about how you say it "wow you are really pretty" is entirely diff than *creepy guy voice* "mmm girl you are so damn sexy"

Has your body fat percentage changed? My goal weight is 132 but when I get there I plan to focus on my body fat percentage to get between 18-19%... I've lost 22 lbs in 3 1/2 months... I work out twice a day for a total of about an hour and 15 mins 5 days a week and on a 6th day i just do a morning 30 min workout and rest on day 7... i eat my exercise calories back and about four times a month i eat about 500 calories over (those are my splurge days and its usually…

i would say it sounds like even though you've lost weight you haven't lost a lot of body fat. Depending on what you're eating and if you're working out you may be losing some fat but also losing water and muscle. measurements update: (i'm on level2 day 5) weight: 150.2 shoulders 41.5 chest 33.75 waist 30 hips 39 thigh 22.5 arm 10.5 body fat 31.1 % lost 1.4 lbs-- lost 1/2" on my shoulder, lost 1.5" on my waist, and lost 1" on my thighs :) pretty good!
