i'm doing ripped in 30 now and am loving it! just did measurements after a week and have lost 1.2 lbs and an inch off my thigh, an inch off my waist and 1/2 inch from my shoulders :)

congrats!!! 2 weeks ago i weighed at work at 151.6 in clothes... i weigh again on monday and am hoping for a 149 something (its not my goal until 10-23!!!) -- i'm happy for any loss but , like you, i haven't weighed under 150 since high school!! CONGRATS!!!

i am already tired of those side lunges with lateral raises-- those r so hard for me for some reason! lol buttt...i can say that i'm enjoying doing 3 strength moves instead of 2!! :D i did "before" pics this morning (i know its day 3 but better late than never) and realized just how far i have to go!

day 2 was a little easier but i'm so sore! i was so surprised too since i'd just finished 30ds-- but my shoulders, abs, and thighs are acchhinnggg -- *disclaimer: this is NOT a complaint! its a victory*

i eat all of my exercise calories..the more i can burn the more i can eat (yay!) and lets face it- i'm here cuz i love to eat :p sooo...on occasion I'm 50 calories under, usually i'm within about 20 calories of my calorie intake+exercise calories...very rarely do i go over- but it happens... and i'm succeeding on my journey

I always prerecord my foods...i put in my "major" meals...breakfast/lunch/dinner... that way i know how much i can snack and then after i exercise mid-day i have all kinds of extra calories i can add in if i want :D

I run bc i want a sense of accomplishment for myself... even if the scale says a pound higher than yesterday I can go for a run and push a little harder--run a little faster or a little further-- theres ALWAYS an accomplishment :)

i save..but i also make good alcohol choices and my alcohol intake is usually like 3 beers friday and a few glasses of wine saturday every other weekend... i dont drink when i have my kid at home alone lol soooo..i'm not sure if my opinion counts too much

rice krispy treats are my savior.. they're 90 calories and really help my sweet tooth..also popsicles, smoothies, fiber one 90 calorie bars... all sweet, all satisfying :)

i'll be honest..i have a huge sweet tooth and when its bugging me i go for teddy grahams, fiber 1 bars, rice krispy treats etc... they're low calorie and of course have some sugar...i also eat a lot of fresh fruits,. i go over on my sugar every single day. i'm not blowing it out of the park with candy and cake or anything…
