instead of going out to lunch at work do 1 of 2 things... make extras when you cook dinner and package them up (before you eat your meal to avoid picking at the extras) to take to work for lunch OR (my personal preference bc i HATE eating the same things over and over) go to walmart and get the "Healthy Choice" frozen…
