i'm honestly not sure about whether or not you should reduce your calorie intake but i would recommend that if you want a more "numeric" tracking system and dont want to buy a scale, you could purchase a tape measurer (the type used for sewing) and begin taking ur measurements every 2-4 weeks ...that way even if you dont…

im doing a program i found online with runners magazine... i start off for a week walking 2 min and running 1, then week 2 is walk 1 run 1, week three is walk 1 run 2... etc until you run for the full 22 mins

yeh... i used to wear an 8, then a 10, then a 12...never when i was a size 12 did i try to fit myself into a 10--- i know it hurts to go up in size, but u look a lot thinner when u dress properly LOL

we do have monthly goal groups--- usually its done by month and most of the "august" groups r closed... i'm in a group for august thats goal is to lose 10 lbs by august! we also have weekly goals-- this weeks it to burn off 500 calories per day with exercise. i'm happy to keep u updated on everything if you want to follow…

if you are building muscle and losing fat then it stands true that you may lose inches but not pounds...though eventually the pounds will start to shed as well. maybe you should also be measuring your body fat percentage

do u like fish? cod and tilapia are cheap lean proteins... eggs, a protein shake is a GREAT way to get good protein and add some to your calories.. i do mine with 8 oz of milk and between the two its about 200 calories and 33 g of protein... :)

I use exercise TV...i could add in a workout at night after work too- there are all kinds of videos- i'm sure i could get in the extra 250 calories that way- i work 45 mins from home so i usually dont get him to bed until about 930- guess saying that i just want some quiet alone time is the type of excuse that got me…

lol thanks! sometimes i try to just look at who's eating it and to know that its gonna add to them-- bigger isn't always better-- maybe we should add smells to salads?! LOL
