I try to think of good diet to lose weight and exercise to improve health. Pointless having a massive gym session just to eat your calories later. You may as well sit on the sofa with a salad.

Personally i would only track actual exercise. If you do gardening etc as part of your everyday life, you dont need to track it. Track the extra walks / jogs / workouts you do. Its true what people say...eat less and move more. You're body is already used to you doing the gardening etc so if you are tracking stuff it…

I did weight watchers and have lost 3 stone 10 lbs over all. My friend did SW and lost a stone and a half :) Good luck!

Sugar free Jellly is my best friend :) Home made veg soup with a few chicken stock cubes is good too :) carrots, leak, turnip, courgette. Yum and very few calories too :D

thats harsh! I work in a cake and icecream shop so i feel your pain! Being surrounded by temptation constantly is tough but i just try and think of what i want in the long run. As Kate Moss said...no food tastes as good as skinny feels :P
