The right way to hang the TP is with it hanging at the back, that way my cats can't unwind the whole roll.

But loading the dishwasher incorrectly will result in dishes not getting clean. So I chose potentially less clean dishes over constantly nagging my wife over the dishwasher.

Growing up I always would reload the dishwasher after my family loaded it incorrectly. I'm married now, and when my wife finally asked "what makes you think that your way is the right way?" I said "because I read the manual." Yes, I read the manual to the dishwasher.

I made a rose water cheesecake this weekend and it was amazing. I used gp79's original recipe and just added 1/4 tsp of ground cardamom and 1 tablespoon of rose water. The cardamom probably could have been omitted.

Eggs can stay on the counter top for a long time! The whites are very antibiotic. You could even remove a part of the shell of an uncooked and they'd stay fresh for a while.

I weigh and log the raw food, but I think the most important thing would be to be consistent. Don't log it as 150g raw, when it's really 150g cooked.

I don't think you really need a great scale. You're probably ok as long as the scale you have is moving in the direction you want. Measurements and BF% are better ways of tracking progress.

I do about an hour of lifting 3x a week, and 15 minutes of cardio 3x a week.

1/2 cup = 4 fl oz. There are only 8 fluid ounces in a cup. A pound contains 16 ounces. I know, confusing!

How are you measuring your calories burned by exercise? It's possible that you're overestimating.

Start with the best estimate based on the info you enter into the calculators. Try that for a month or so and see what happens. Adjust accordingly.
