You could make new friends that don't drink.

The things that make me question our degree of free will are all the things going on in our brain that we're now aware of that influence our behavior. I'm not talking about consciously decided which shoes to wear today. Stuff like our instincts, reflexes, hormonal responses, how we respond to visual and auditory cues, etc.

Jerky. Though if you're just worried about refined sugars, eat more fruit.

The question should be "Why doesn't God like amputees anymore since claims of regrown limbs exist in christianity. I know this link isn't exactly neutral, but it's a short read and has several claims on one page. http://www.examiner.com/article/evidence-that-god-can-regrow-amputated-limbs-when-he-feels-like-it

Well, yes, ethnic Spanish people are white. But so are many Hispanic people. Hispanic (in the US) implies a historical relationship to Spain or Portugal (thanks, wikipedia!), it's not a race. Just like the US, Central and South America has people descended from natives (brown people), slaves (black people), and Europeans…

TDEE calculations and HRM calories burned are only estimates. Also, are you sure that you're logging all of your food accurately? What are your goals for all of that exercise? If all you're trying to do is lose weight, it seems like overkill.

Nah, probably only you.

Sorry, no. The only thing you can add to water and have it still count is Mio. Anything else and the water is diverted to your stomach to aid in food digestion instead of your water processing center.

Amen, Chef.

It takes only about 10 minutes to cook a piece of meat in a george foreman grill or microwave a potato. Only 5 minutes to boil a bag of frozen veggies or slice some fresh ones. It's really not that bad.

Some yes, some no. Check out the package to be sure. Another good way to cook it is to wrap it in foil and steam it.

That's more or less what I think. The only meaning to our lives is what we give it ourselves. Life doesn't have its own inherent meaning.

That sounds like something you just made up.

Go to Food>setting> and pick fiber from one of the "Nutrients tracked" menus.

One fairly obvious potential reason, from my point of view, is that belief was evolutionarily advantageous to humans. The things that come along with religion (shared culture, traditions, guidelines for behavior, etc.) could have helped believers pass on their genes.
-
I'm not sure I understand what you mean, so forgive me if I'm misinterpreting. But I could not disagree more that the tendency of people to be religious is proof (you said God, specifically, but I expanded to just mean religiousness). 99% of the world could believe it (or anything), but that alone doesn't mean it's real.

Fitting user name, Deb.

This isn't true of all adopted children.

Are we sure that it has no advantage? If I were a fight organizer, I'd want to see hard evidence before I made a decision. Do you have any sources on testosterone levels or athletic performance in men that have undergone hormone therapy?
-
Yes, that's the ideal situation most of the time. What exactly is the argument?

You also have to worry about the ones who can legally carry, but aren't competent with a gun. Requirements differ by state and just because you got the permit doesn't mean you know what you're doing or will exercise good judgment.
-
I'm not sure what your point is. Are you saying that there should be no separate classes between the men and women? The categories are based on gender-normal people, where men have an advantage over women. The question at hand is if someone who CHOSE to switch should be allowed to compete against natural women (I don't…

Just with the legal definition of marriage. Religious marriage can mean whatever you want.

Are we even sure that Ann Coulter is a woman?

Translation: I can be demonstrably wrong but I'll continue to believe whatever feels right.
