  • Hi Lynn, I thought of a couple suggestions: 1) no soda (I swear diet soda makes me crave sweets), 2) change up your routine (I used to snack when I got home from work. Now, I'll keep my mind off of food i.e. clean out a drawer, do laundry, weed my flower bed, go for a walk. 3) plan out your daily calories ahead of time…
