I try to work out 6 out of 7 days a week if possible for about 30-45 minutes. If you don't won't to do the elliptical all the time, try switching it up with something else. I'm a huge fan of circuit training -- it burns great calories as well!

Another one you should check out is her No More Trouble Zones video. It is a bit intense, but so worth it! It's all circuit training and lasts about an hour. Great results. It's good to use when you have some time!

I'm a huge fan of all of Jillian's workouts. They are the only ones I get resutls with. Circuit training is awesome. I'm actually about to go do her Shred it Weights video.
