Do you have a heart rate monitor? I use mine and then just record the calories myself. I burn about 330 calories in the 30 minutes

Have you tried eating all of your exercise calories? I noticed in your diary you had quite a few calories leftover every day. Maybe you need to change it up a bit and see what works best for you!

Have you tried the "walk away the lbs" videos? They are low impact but I think more exciting then walking outside.

I started last weekend. I'm having a hard time commiting to 7 days a week- but I am trying for at least 5! I like it a lot and it's a great calorie burn for only 30 minutes!

I've been drinking Gin and Diet Sprite (or Diet Tonic). Very refreshing for the summer. Skinny girl margarita is also good- but I can easily drink the whole bottle!
