LOL If no one has tried making friends of everyone on their team yet you aren't allowed to friend more than 5 people in a 10 minute time frame :) Also, copying and pasting the names hasn't worked w/all the names on this list so it may take me a day or 2 to accomplish adding you all depending on my kiddos.

145 I have a reunion for the JROTC program I was in in high school that I want to lose weight for. I have accomplished my first 14 lbs so my next is in 6 lbs @ 219.

The more fiber I intake the less likely it is that I can go...so if increasing the fiber isn't helping that could be a problem. I have IBS so it's common to cause constipation, my sons pediatrician put him on miralax every day as well so I'd trust that it would be ok.

Since I'm a stay at home mom I just changed my life style from sedentary to lightly active or whatever the next one is b/c I am constantly cleaning up after someone and didn't ever think about that as being active.

What about keeping fruits in and brown rice? Both keep you full and are healthy carbs :) I also have issues with weight loss when eating carbs, but seems to not be too bad when it's fruit and brown rice and lots and lots of water... HTH

LOL yes see beef jurkey I could get my calories in with and then some :happy: I think another contribution to this weeks downfall was I was thinking about doing the south beach diet, and it cuts out even fruit...so I was trying to see if that was possible...and I guess it is if I only want to eat 900 calories :grumble:

ajbeans ~ thanks I feel dumb when I don't think outside the box to resolve issues, but that will help a lot then maybe we can have conversations versus food being thrown every where during snacks/meals :)

I need the gym for my sanity, I have way more patience then I did before and I am much happier. It's my one of the few adult interactions I have in my life.

Fruit, yogurt, cereal, crackers, animal cookies... by the time I get both of them what each one wants the other is wanting to get down and and then I have a mess to clean up so then I forget that I didn't eat a snack with them, or I take the time that they are stuck at the table to have a breather away from them :/

Also, Obviously I could get calories the easy way, a bowl of ice cream, a cheese burger, drink soda etc, however that's just as unhealthy long term as not meeting my calorie goals. My trainer told me just last night to drink my calories. How quickly I have forgotten. Think I will put a note on the fridge so when I look in there and nothing looks good I can fall back on my protein shake :) Thank you !!!

I have talked w/the trainers at my gym, and they say stick w/a 1200-1500 calorie diet period...eat EVERY 3 hrs. Could you have a thyroid issue? Hypoactivethyroidism will prevent you from losing weight, it could also be a iodine deficiency which you can just take supplements for.
