The BMI scale is not 100% accurate, if you are mostly muscle and can't shed the extra 10 lbs, why worry about a generalized number for the population as a whole? If you are in a good size for your height it doesn't matter what the scale says.

Everyone is different, no one can answer this for you...Try adjusting it to a higher/lower, play around w/it until you see results for yourself...it's frustrating sometimes, but different things work for different people. I have had different people tell me how good I am looking and how they can tell I am losing...then yesterday...not a verbal compliment, but I had a passenger in another vehicle stick his head out the window to look at me...I'm telling myself it was a compliment anyways LOL

PW 223.8 CW 224.0 I have stayed below calorie intake and have been in the gym every day, I started lifting again this week though and think the water retention from muscle repair is happening...not going to sweat it though, inches are coming off regardless of what the numbers tell me.

Maybe try getting in calories earlier in the day, looks like the bulk of them are at dinner.

Drink your calories then, protein shake made w/milk instead of water. NUTS!!! Avocado... put cheese on your food... I have had the same problem. Here's an idea of how I get my calories in... That would be interesting to find out, but they have their own nutritionists so I am sure they are getting exactly what they need for their journey. I personally see better results when I average 1700-1800 calories and do my work out which allots me 2000-2200 calories for the day :)

I didn't try a "new" activity, but I did try to give my work outs 100%...and I guess I did something new, I did the eliptical for over an hr and went over 4.3 miles :)

I'm in the same boat...I have lost 4 inches of boob as well, and yes the cup size is decreasing as well, there was much more to hold onto then there is now... :/ The one good thing about being fat...now I'm still fat but boobless.

What about getting small trampolines? You can do cardio on them all day every day. and It shouldn't have the same results as pounding the floor.

Started at 238.8 in October, my highest weight not pregnant. I am down to 225 (as of this morning) Add me if you need another friend on this journey!!! Also, my work out partner started at 320 and she has lost 20 lbs since we started this journey :)

Maybe she feels threatened and that it could become a competition between the 2 of you? She could also feel that it's your way of judging her by mentioning the changes your making that she isn't making. Even though she's your mom she is still probably really self conscious about her weight loss.
