I have lost 16 lbs in 4 weeks. I try to eat right at the recommended calories to lose 2 lbs a week. For me, that's 1600 calories or so. And typically I don't eat back any exercise calories unless I'm hungry or want something fun. Drink craploads of water.

I don't have full cheats. I just rearrange my day or add more exercise. For example, every other Friday is donut day at work. I already have my donut entered, as well as a bagel for lunch. Now I know what my goals are for the remaining food I consume.

They scare me and blow away my cholesterol and such. I'm an eggbeaters gal. So yeah, I guess feel sorry for them. I've abandoned.

I have it too, but waiting a little while before I start since it's intense. I was told it's an every day thing - hence the 30 day shred. I'm on vacation soon, so I won't start this until I know I'm home for 30 days straight.

I only do Saturday mornings now. I find myself obsessing about the needle on the scale rather than my healthy behaviors. My scale now resides in the closet so I'm not tempted, and I will only retrieve it on Saturday mornings.

This is the first diet I've ever LOVED. Right now I'm eatting normal real foods, just making a few tweaks. So as I lose weight, I will make even better tweaks. By the time I'm far into my long term goal, I'll be healthy and not really feeling the lifestyle change. I don't starve, I actually feel I eat too much. The trick…
