Bump. Come on folks, I don't bite!
-
We got this.

LOL. Done. :-)

This is funny. It pretty much told me what my goal weight already was. :-) Which is at the high point of a healthy weight range.

I actually use sport sandals. I have long toes and often have issues with standard sneakers hurting. I have plantar fasciitis as well, so I need something supportive but soft to absorb impact. Teva Womens Toachi 2 is what I wear. My gym is ok with me wearing them as long as I don't use the barbells. So I stick to the…

Not really worse, just not what he wanted it to be. Hubs took out a loan to pay for the ring; we were already sharing an account. The bank accidentally deposited it into the main checking account. They caught it within 15 minutes, but I'll be dam*ed if I didn't log into the checking account at the right moment. That…

Same here! I was put on the pill for 2 years, lost weight, and got pregnant in about 2 1/2 months after I stopped the pill.

My OBGYN actually referred me to the Endo when she suspected PCOS. Of course, all the tests, including ultrasounds on my ovaries, were positive, without doubt, to PCOS. And the Endo was my prescriber of the meds for the first year or so... But I later discovered that my PCP would handle my scripts, as well as annual tests…

Symptoms of a perforated eardrum. lol

Welcome to MFP. You won't regret it. :-)

My Dr's scale is digital and sucks. Says I'm 10 lbs lighter than I am. And I proved it by weighing myself on several demo scales at the store. :ohwell: When I mentioned it to him, he said, yeah, been that way for a while, just haven't had it worked on. BLEH! Dr's should work on accuracy as our health is in their hands! I…

Ditto that! I eat bananas every day, I'd die if I couldn't afford them!
-
I'm the opposite. I've become an MFP missionary. LOL.... I have recruit dozens of friends/corworkers. I did see a post on here about a lady that was hiding her heavy weightloss from her husband who was in Afghanistan. Bet that will be a shocker when he comes home!

I have PCOS, and it was doctor recommended to restrict carbs. I did South Beach six years ago. I missed the carbs so much, that I ended up going nuts and eating tons of it on a cruise. Then I never went back, gained all that weight plus another 30. I was unhappy and felt deprived on that diet. I've lost 55 lbs using MFP,…

Depends on how fast you lose, too. I've lost 55 lbs pretty agressively, and well, I'm close to Amazon status. But I have loose skin on my arms, chin, thighs, tummy, and even chest around the bra band area. Lose slowly, and you'll save some perkiness. Have patience. Something I've just now learned. Oh - and full body…

ME ME ME ME!!!! I came up with a fantastic one! The kids LOVE it, and even the husband is happy. Make a dozen mini pizzas: Orowheat - Sandwich Thins Mini's 100% Whole Wheat, 6 rolls Low Fat Mozzarella or Mozz & Parmesan Shredded Cheese, 1 cup Ragu - Pizza Sauce Homemade Style,6 tbsp Jimmy Dean - Reduced Fat Pork Sausage, 2…

 Hi Bill! You won't regret your decision to join!

Same here, but I use almond milk! And I love it just as is. I tried adding chocolate or other fruits, and well, I'm just happiest with plain banana, and its thick enough to make me think it's a shake.

sorry - just seeing the reply. 12 muffins in a standard muffin pan.

ROFL!

Jillian's vanilla whey is 100 cals for 23 grams.... so only 8 calories of filler. scratch that... whoops... looked it up and it's 15grams. sheesh! Need to move on to one of the other suggestions.

I ignore the fact that i've gone over if it's from natural sugar foods like fruit and plain milk. It's the processed sugars I try to limit. Two servings of fruit will always put me over, and I eat bananas almost every day to combat potassium leg cramps. I prefer the banana than a tons of beans. :-)

I hear ya!

I just discovered it this past weekend. I'm a bisquick girl, but I saw "Wheat" and reasonable calories and got it. The pancakes were pretty good, so why not use it in muffins. :-) May have to get more mix as the family has already cleared out the muffins. I see a new recipe in the future! :-)
