And for those who fail? What we throw them on the streets for smoking weed? take their kids away? Leave them homeless and make their kids go hungry? Does it matter if it's weed or heroin? I had a friend that I bartended with that had one kid, and one on the way. She was also going to nursing school full time. She paid all her bills/school on her own. No Help from family or the father. She went to the goverment looking for help to pay for some of her books - they are rediculously expensive and their answe was No, you make too much money. Her sister, who is a meth head has 4 kids, all different dads, she has no job, and lives off goverment assistance. They pay for her HOUSE in the city. and she receives food stamps.

Welfare is such an awesome system. Lets help the people who dont even want to help themselves.

OK, what would I do....how about undo all the damage done to the people native to this country? I mean they were here first and the Europeans came in and just took over. Then we had government forcing them to live in certain places. And it just kept getting worse and they keep suffering. They are either forced to live in poverty or they loose their culture. And why do we call them Native Americans? They were here before this land was called America. Should we really be proud of our history as a nation? Think about it...we enslaved a people, then we looked down upon said people as not equal.....yes I know two different topics.....That would be another thing I would do, I would make it possible for all the black people who do not know their ancestry to make a way possible to know their background. I would also come up with a way for all the children who are adopted to know who their biological parents are, some know, but there are still closed adoptions. My own records are sealed and I have no idea what ethnicity I am. Another injustice in my opinion.

Full Gay Rights in terms of marriage and adoption and every other conceivable way
Eliminate Child Labour in all countries.
Make equal pay for equal work mandatory.
Clean drinking water in every country available freely to all.
Rebuild and restock all Northern Native schools with decent structures and materials.
Outlaw female circumcision.

That's just to get started...

Focus on environmental issues
